The short version
I've spent ten years as a co-founder and technical project manager — running cross-functional teams of 8–15 engineers, owning roadmaps from requirements through deployment, and maintaining 100% client retention across multi-year engagements. My background spans Agile/Scrum delivery for enterprise web apps and founding an indie mobile game studio that shipped three titles.
My edge is range: I bridge business and engineering, manage stakeholders directly, and stay technically fluent — recently building tools with Claude Code and Figma. I started in engineering (M.S. Chemical Engineering, USC) and moved into product because I love owning the whole arc of getting something real out the door.
